Dr. Jessica Morley is a researcher at the University of Oxford and Yale University. Her research focuses on how we can make responsible use of healthcare data for direct care, research, and analytics. This includes, how we can make responsible use of AI.

Yu-Cheng Tsai

Principal Machine Learning Scientist, Sage

Yu-Cheng Tsai is a Ph.D. graduate from Princeton University in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering, where he focused on computational physics. He started his career at ASML, developing convolutional neural networks to assist in designing masks used in creating state-of-the-art CPUs, GPUs, or TPUs that power AI systems. In 2021, he joined Sage AI to evaluate time-series models, develop production models for the invoice general ledger coding classification system, and prototype graph neural network models for accounting workflows and leveraging Generative AI.

Ahmed Salhin

Principal Data Scientist, Sage

Ahmed Salhin, PhD, is an academic and AI professional with over 17 years of experience as a data scientist and financial analyst. He has developed AI solutions for GenAI, cashflow, anomaly detection, and financial predictions, serving millions of customers worldwide. Ahmed enjoys golf, horse polo and aviation.

Maria blends her passion for healthcare and innovation into her professional career. As the leader of the global healthcare and life science practice, she collaborates with volunteer experts to drive the adoption of emerging technologies, ensuring patient safety and improving access to quality, sustainable care worldwide.

Jade is a young professional working in Offensive Security at Sage. She recently graduated with a BSc in Networking and Cyber Security and is interested in ethical hacking, web application testing and cloud security. Outside of work, she loves reading fiction, hiking and spending time in nature.

Vrinda Bansal

Founder, ThinkFast Robotics

Vrinda is an ethical AI education advocate and enthusiast who has participated and spoken at multiple TeensInAI hackathons and currently studies Computational Cognitive Science at UC Davis. In high school, she founded Think Fast Robotics, a female world-level robotics team and had the opportunity to conduct research in multi-robot systems at USC's ACT Lab. Currently, she is developing Noteparrot, a website that converts notes into interactive quizzes.

Noah Hellen

MSc, Machine Learning and Data Science, Imperial College London

Noah fell in love with maths at university and now focuses on AI/ML in postgrad. Professionally, he's completed a few internships, including a fun ML engineering position. His interests are also largely 'left-brained'—climbing, robotics, and video games—but he also enjoys creative things like playing guitar. His motivation largely stems from wanting to give back to the community/Teens in AI - as he participated in a Teens in AI hackathon as a teenager, which he says opened his eyes to the world of AI/ML.

Jennifer Glenski is the Director of Product Management for BMC Software’s Innovation Labs, focuseing on delivering innovative solutions for customers. Jennifer advises an AI startup in healthcare and is part-time faculty at Georgia Tech in their graduate analytics program. She is a recognised leader in technology, recently honoured with AFCEA’s 2022 40 Under 40 Award for significant contributions in a technical field through innovation, and the 2022 Women Tech Network Community Award for her leadership in tech.

Among his numerous accolades, Piero is one of six students to have been selected as a UC Space Research Institute Fellow.

Sherif Elsayed-Ali

Sherif is Co-founder of Carbon Re, an AI for materials company pushing the boundaries of machine learning to decarbonize cement and other foundational materials. He previously set up and led the AI for Climate practice at Element AI, was co-founder and director of Amnesty Tech, a World Economic Forum Global Future Council co-chair and a fellow at Harvard Kennedy School. Sherif has a BSc in Civil Engineering from the American University in Cairo and a Master in Public Administration from Harvard.
